Quality assessment of the 2D (axisymmetrical or plan) simulations results from a ground massif section and exothermic material storage site

No 2D modeling is satisfactory, although frequently used in the litterature for this type of modeling because of the 3D expensive cost. We therefore have carried out a technique to project temperatures issued from a 3D calculation as a loading for a 2D thermo-hydro-mechanical study.
